New York Ramen Ippudo 5th Ave. - Midtown West, NYC
This is the new Ippudo which opened in September 2017. They serve kasane soup ramen, which is a combination of tonkotsu and chicken broth. Different from the regular Ippudo tonkotsu, a little smoother. Located on 46th by 5th Ave, price is high for ramen.
