Hokkaido Ramen

On my walk back from Sumire I stopped by Maruha BEYOND which is a fairly new ramen shop that is starting to get attention.

I tried the Shoyu Ramen. Good broth with niboshi flavor.

Medium thin noodles were good match with the shoyu soup

I arrived right before closing so the lights were turned off when I left
