New York Ramen
Today I visited Kogane Ramen in Brooklyn, NY. This is the first Kogane Ramen shop in addition to the Manhattan shop I posted previously posted. (http://www.jirosramen.com/search?q=kogane) Located in the Brooklyn Heights section, it is a small cozy shop.

I tried the Red Tonkotsu. Pretty spicy レッドとんこつラーメンをいただきました。結構辛かった
