Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Tabata - Midtown West, NYC

Located right next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown. They serve different types of ramen from tonkotsu, shoyu, tan tan men, etc. Their signature ramen is chicken ramen with coconut milk. Prices are decent and service is quick.
