Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

E.A.K Ramen - West Village, NYC

Serving Yokohama Iekei Ramen.  Currently the only Iekei style ramen shop in the east coast. Pork and chicken broth with thick noodles. Toppings are nori, spinach, chashu, ajitama.  You can order free diced onion and grated garlic. Good but price is high for ramen.
