Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Restaurant serving tapas and ramen, offering Shoyu, Tonkotsu and Vegetarian.



Chashu Tonkotsu Premium Ramen - they bring the ramen without the soup, and pour the soup in front of you.  Not sure what the benefit is.  Pork and chicken broth thick soup with thin noodles.  Comes with pork belly, half egg, scallion and some kind of dried vegetable.
