Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Authentic ramen shop in the Lower East Side, NYC, owned by the famous chef Shigetoshi Nakamura.






The Torigara Shoyu is excellent combination of light chicken broth shoyu soup with matching thin noodles.  Good flavored chashu (comes with 1 pc), very good textured and flavored memma.  Also comes with naruto, spinach, scallions and nori.
