Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Famous Setagaya ramen chain from Japan. Specialize in broth with pork/chicken and fish. They have changed their menu in August 2017 and seems to be less ramens on the menu. They also have a restaurant in the East Village, NY, and a tonkotsu ramen shop in Brooklyn.
