Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Shoyu wonton men on a freezing day in New York. My eyes were tearing just by walking to Rai Rai Ken😂

They have happy hour weekdays from 4pm-6pm. Discounted drinks and some appetizers. I had some gyoza and beer today-

The shoyu ramen and shio ramen are their signature ramens.
Go with wonton or chashu.
