New York Ramen
Visited Kogane Ramen in the Chelsea area of Manhattan today. Their first shop is in Brooklyn and this Chelsea location is their second shop. They offer tonkotsu ramen, shoyu, and other different types.
今日はマンハッタンのチェルシーに出来たこがねラーメンに訪問。ブルックリンに一号店があり、ここは２号店。ニューヨークで人気のとんこつラーメン、醤油、その他数種類のラーメンを提供。

Thin straight noodles 細麺
Ramen comes with braised pork jowl, interesting. It was tender and juicy, pretty good.
珍しい豚の頰肉がトッピング、柔らかくてジューシーで中々美味しかった。
Front of store. Store is in half basement so need to walk down some steps.
