Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Tomidaya - Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam🇻🇳

Ho Chi Minh Ramen

My first trip to Ho Chi Minh! Tomidaya was my first ramen shop here! Located in the middle of Japan Town.
Shoyu Ramen with Ajitama
Medium thin noodles
My Ajitama Ramen was about US$5.00 Portion is a little smaller than what you would see in the US or Japan.

Front of restaurant looks really Japanese. Similar to a famous one..
