Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Tomidaya - Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam🇻🇳 とみだや - ホーチミン、ベトナム

Ho Chi Minh Ramen

My first trip to Ho Chi Minh! Tomidaya was my first ramen shop here! Located in the middle of Japan Town.
Shoyu Ramen with Ajitama  醤油ラーメン味玉入り
Medium thin noodles  中細麺
My Ajitama Ramen was about US$5.00 Portion is a little smaller than what you would see in the US or Japan. 味玉ラーメンは日本円で560円くらい 量はアメリカと日本に比べて少なめかな。

Front of restaurant looks really Japanese. Similar to a famous one.. 外見はとても日本っぽい。有名店にちょっと似てるかな。
