Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Serving Chicken Paitan Ramen. Currently 3 branches in NYC, one of more the popular ramen shops. Usually a line during peak times. I usually go to the one in Hell's Kitchen. 
The Paitan soup is thick, basic ramen comes with chashu, nori, scallions, onions, and kikurage. You have a choice of Pork or Chicken chashu.
