Today I visited Kyou Ramen which just opened this month in Englewood, NJ! They are a small shop with 2 tables (2 seats and 4 seats), and open kitchen counter seats. It's pretty much self service, you place your order at the cashier and get your ramen at the counter.
Interesting name, as the kanji character 狂 means crazy.
今日はイングルウッド、ニュージャージーで今月オープンしたばかりの狂ラーメンへ行ってきました！小さいお店で２人テーブル、４人テーブル各１つ、カウンター７席。レジで注文して出来たらセルフで取りに行くスタイルでした。カウンター座ると直接丼を置いてくれます。なんで狂って名前にしたんだろう。

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen $9.99 Comes with 2 pieces chashu, half egg, memma, scallions, nori, and onions (hidden under the nori). 醤油ラーメンを注文　$9.99 チャーシュー2枚、半玉、メンマ、ネギ、海苔、タマネギ（海苔の下に隠れてる）が付いてきます。
