Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen.　Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Yaraku Ramen is a new ramen shop in Edison, NJ which opened on July 9, 2019! They offer different tonkotsu broth ramens.
2019年7月9日にエジソン、ニュージャージー にオープンしたばかりの八楽ラーメン！豚骨専門のラーメン店です。
 I ordered the R1 Special Yaraku House Ramen, which is tonkotsu soup with black garlic oil. Comes with 3 pcs pork belly chashu, ajitama egg, kikurage, menma, and scallions. スペシャル八楽ハウス ラーメンを注文。豚骨スープにマー油、豚バラチャーシュー3枚、味玉、木耳、メンマ、ネギがトッピングです。
