Ramen Stop is a small ramen shop that just opened in Princeton right by Princeton University in November 2019. They offer tonkotsu ramen and some vegan as well. They also have a shop in New Brunswick, NJ by Rutgers University.
2019年の11月にプリンストン大学近辺にオープンしたラーメン屋さんです。ニュージャージーのニューブランズウィックのラトガース大学近くに１号店があります。

New ramen shop in Stuyvesant Town which just opened on January 22, 2020. It is where Kambi Ramen used to be. The menu items were produced by Menya Masamune from Miyagi Japan.
ニューヨークのスタイブサントタウンに新しく1月22日よりオープンしたごりんラーメン。宮城県の麺屋政宗というラーメン店のプロデュース。以前かんびラーメン（2018年閉店）が会った場所。

Menkoi Sato - West Village, NY🇺🇸 麺恋佐藤 - ウエストビレッジ、ニューヨーク

It's been a while since I went to Menkoi Sato so I decided to go there today with my ramen friend. Menkoi Sato is a ramen shop from Sapporo Japan who specialize in chicken paitan ramen.
麺恋佐藤にしばらく行ってなかったのでラー友と久し振りに行ってきました。札幌にあるラーメン店で鶏白湯ラーメンのお店です。

I had their Shoyu Ramen. Their chicken paitan soup is very thick and matches very well with the Nishiyama Seimen noodles. Chashu is juicy and tender, memma is excellent as well. 醤油ラーメンをいただきました。鶏白湯スープは濃厚で西山製麺の麺との相性抜群。

My ramen friend had her usual spicy one, Spicy Miso. ラー友はいつものように辛いラーメン、そこそこ激辛ラーメン。

Zest Ramen is a little ramen restaurant located in the Lower Eastside in Manhattan. I have been here about 2 years ago but I decided to visit them again, lured by their happy hour menu! Ramen, as well as drinks and appetizers have special happy hour prices!
マンハッタンのローアーイーストにある小さなラーメン店。2年ほど前に来たことある店、今回はハッピーアワーにつられて来てしまった。ラーメン、飲み物、アペタイザー共にハッピーアワー価格は嬉しい。

I've been having major shoyu ramen craving recently so I decided to go to one of my favorite ramen shop Ramen Ishida for lunch!
最近美味しい醤油ラーメンが食べたくてしょうがなかったのでランチにラーメン石田に久し振りに行って来ました！

Thin straight noodles, this is so good. 細麺、これは美味しい。

For lunch set (additional $4.00) you can choose a side dish. I had the chicken karaage. ランチセット（+$4.00)で一品付いて来ます。鳥唐揚げをいただきました。

Kyou Ramen - Englewood, NJ🇺🇸 狂ラーメン - イングルウッド、ニュージャージー

I had the Kyabetsu Ramen which is a shoyu based ramen with lots of kyabetsu (cabbage in Japanese), lots of garlic and chashu. 今日はキャベツラーメンをいただきました。キャベツにニンニク沢山の醤油ベースラーメンでした。

E.A.K. Ramen - Hell's Kitchen, NY 🇺🇸 E.A.K. ラーメン、ヘルズキッチン、ニューヨーク

The popular E.A.K. Ramen with it's original shop in West Village, NYC just opened their second NYC shop in Hell's Kitchen in July 2019! E.A.K. is the only ramen shop in the NY area that specializes in "Iekei Style" ramen which originated in Yokohama, Japan. They have shops in Japan called Machida Shoten.
ニューヨークで初めてウエストビレッジに家系ラーメン１号店を出したE.A.K. ラーメン（日本では町田商店）が今年7月にヘルズキッチン地区に２号店をオープンしました！

The E.A.K. Ramen $15.00 - Their signature Iekei style ramen. In Japan Iekei ramen has 3 sheets of nori seaweed. Not sure why they only have 1 sheet here. E.A.K ラーメン $15.00 標準の家系ラーメン。なぜか海苔が3枚でなく1枚。
