Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖
アメリカでは豚骨の事をなぜか”とんかつ”という人がたくさんいます。。気になってしょうがない。トンコツって覚えてちょうだい!!

Batten Ramen - Fort Lee, New Jersey

Batten Ramen - Fort Lee, New Jersey🇺🇸

12/25/17 update:  Merry Christmas everyone! Christmas ramen at Batten today, I chose the spicy miso ramen. They gave me a lot of bean sprouts today!😀 メリークリスマス!今日はフォートリーNJのばってんラーメンで辛味噌ラーメン。もやしが多めのクリスマスプレゼント 笑

Serving different ramen, Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Miso, Champon, Spicy. I usually order the Miso or Champon in regular or spicy. Good price and portion. They also serve different appetizers and Japanese food. The ramen sets are a good deal too if you are hungry.
