Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Asahi Restaurant - Fort Lee, NJ🇺🇸

Japanese restaurant in Fort Lee, NJ serving lots of different types of ramens.
I ordered the Spicy Garlic Ramen set, with comes with the ramen, some sushi, and tempura!
Ummm, lots of food.
 Ordered some gyoza too.
And Chicken Karaage!!
Ok, I'm full.

BYOB!!
There is a large liquor shop a few stores down in the same mall.

They've been in business for probably over 40 years. Located in a shopping mall right off of route 46. Lots of parking since it's a shopping mall.
