Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖

Zurutto Ramen & Gyoza Bar - Upper West Side, NYC 🇺🇸 ずるっと ラーメン&ギョーザ バー アッパーウエストサイド、ニューヨーク

I returned to Zurutto, ramen shop located in the Upper Westside specializing in chicken paitan ramen.
ニューヨーク アッパーウエストサイドにある鶏白湯ラーメン店、ずるっとに行って来ました。

Today I tried their Zurutto UWO, which is a chicken paitan soup with fish broth mixed in. Good fish flavor, matched pretty good with thick paitan soup.

My friend had the Zurutto Miso.
Had some gyoza also.  餃子もいただきました。

Unfortunately I found out today that they no longer offer their happy hour menu..
