Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖
アメリカでは豚骨の事をなぜか”とんかつ”という人がたくさんいます。。気になってしょうがない。トンコツって覚えてちょうだい!!

Ebi Soba Ichigen - Sapporo, Hokkaido 🇯🇵 えびそば一幻 総本店 - 北海道札幌市

Hokkaido Ramen

My second stop in Sapporo is the famous Ebi Soba Ichigen main shop! They are famous for their shrimp broth ramen.  Expect a line here as well when you get there! If you like shrimp taste, this is a must go.
You can choose from Shio, Miso, or Shoyu soup. Also there's thin or thick noodles, and you can choose the richness of the broth. I chose miso, thick noodles, and rich broth!
