Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖
アメリカでは豚骨の事をなぜか”とんかつ”という人がたくさんいます。。気になってしょうがない。トンコツって覚えてちょうだい!!

Ramen Ya Iida Shoten - Yokohama, Kanagawa 🇯🇵 支那そばや - 神奈川県横浜市

Kanagawa Ramen

Famous Iida Shoten in Yugawara, Kanagawa. Arguably one of the best in Japan. Located in a little seaside town, a bit far from Tokyo (at least 2 hours by train) but well worth a visit. Home made noodles were one of the best I've had. Soup and topping were all top notch. A must go if you are in Japan.
