Just a reminder to all ramen fans! Pork bone broth is "TONKOTSU", NOT "TONKATSU". TonkAtsu is breaded deep fried port cutlet, not pork bone broth!!
Hint: If a server says Tonkatsu Ramen at a restaurant, don't expect authentic ramen. Ton = Pork🐷, kotsu = Bone🍖
アメリカでは豚骨の事をなぜか”とんかつ”という人がたくさんいます。。気になってしょうがない。トンコツって覚えてちょうだい!!

Kyobashi Sasara - Miyakojima-Ku, Osaka 🇯🇵 京橋ササラ - 大阪府大阪市都島区

Osaka Ramen

Ramen shop specializing in Tantan Men, located right by Kyobashi train station.
Lots of izakayas and bars around the area, full of business people. Good place to get a bowl of spicy tantan men after a few drinks! (I had a little more than a few drinks before this so the only photo I took was this one, sorry..)
