Yokohama Chuka Soba Ishin Shoten - Yokohama, Kanagawa 🇯🇵 横浜中華そば維新商店 - 神奈川県横浜市

I visited one of my favorite ramen shops in Yokohama, Ishin Shoten. I try to visit here when I am in Japan.  横浜にある大好きなラーメン屋さん、維新商店に行ってきました。日本にきた時は食べに行きたいお店です。

 I ordered the Wonton Soba. Shoyu soup with strong ginger flavor.

わんたんそばを頂きました。ショウガ味強めの醤油スープ。

 Home made thick flat noodles are excellent with this shoyu soup!

自家製平打ち縮れ麺はこの濃い醤油スープに合って最高。

I love these wonton as well.  Came with 6 wontons.

このわんたんも好み。６個付いてきました。

This one is the Toku Chuka Soba, comes with 3 wonton, 3 chashu, ajitama, memma, naruto, scallions.  I liked their memma as well.

こちらは特中華そば。わんたん３つ、チャーシュー３枚、味玉、メンマ、ナルト、ネギがトッピング。メンマも美味かったな。

Located about 10 min walk from Yokohama Station, small shop with 15 counter seats only. It is definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

横浜駅から徒歩10分くらい。カウンター15席のお店です。
